Routing-mapping accounts in ZOHO
ZOHO CRM allows routing mapping through a third-party application called Map My Customers.
Map My Customers provides powerful mapping and data visualization software that syncs with your contacts, accounts, deals and activities in Zoho. With Map My Customers, your entire sales team can enjoy the fastest mobile CRM experience possible, while still utilizing the powerhouse that is Zoho for backend reporting and data compliance.
Click on setup in ZOHO.
Go to the Marketplace and click on "ALL"
In the search field type "Map My Customers"
Follow the instructions to integrate the mapping app.
