How Can I Add A Column (Such as expanded Description) to My Proposal?

To add a column to an individual proposal, right click anywhere on the Headings Bar in the proposal.

From the drop down menu, select Configure Fields, and a list of available Fields will show.  Just grab the required column and drag it to the Headings Bar.
